Our signature Strength and Movement class uses the principles of natural movement to build strength and efficiency from the ground up.
In just 50 minutes, every class will include a warm-up, skill practice, strength training and time to push yourself.
Some folks might like a super-competitive, “fitness-to-win” sort of vibe—but that’s definitely not Ascent Fitness. The vibe here is encouraging.
