Don’t let your busy schedule compromise your health. This workshop will help teach you how to take control of your nutrition and make informed choices even on the busiest of days.
Riley Hughes (she/her), PhD, RD is a dietitian, researcher, athlete, and fellow human interested in helping others learn about nutrition and empowering them to fuel for life so they can live it to the fullest! She is passionate about translating evidence-based nutrition advice into practical recommendations that are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals, whether they are aiming to optimize their athletic performance or just learn how to use nutrition to improve their health. She also has a profound understanding of and respect for the mental and emotional components of food, eating, and body image. She loves collaborating closely with clients, listening and empathizing with their experiences, and developing holistic nutrition plans that address all aspects of health – physical, psychological, and emotional.
