Empower
Our signature Empower class is body positive and designed to help you build the strength and confidence needed to feel good and enjoy your daily and recreational activities. In just 50 minutes our coaches will guide you through a warm up, skill practice and an appropriately challenging workout that helps you make progress toward your goals while having fun.
Lifters Club
This is one of our member specialty clubs offered every fall and spring. The course is 12 weeks of powerlifting-focused classes. Classes are split into A/B weeks. Week A will include Deadlift and Press, Week B will include Squat and Bench. Classes are 75 minutes and follow Ascent’s typical class flow of warm up, strength training, and accessory exercises.
Open Gym
This is a self-directed time to do what you need to supplement your movement for the week. You are welcome to come in just to stretch on our soft floors, get some aerobic work on our bikes and row machines, do a personalized workout, or make up a workout from a class that week.

We have several membership plans to meet your movement and coaching needs! All memberships include unlimited open gym, quarterly coach check-ins and discounts on special events and courses.
We also have drop-in, punchcard and sponsorship options to meet your financial and schedule needs.
