Get started—no sweat!

Your first visit with us will be about 15-20 minutes long (no workout involved).

As we stay home to slow the spread of coronavirus in our community, we will send you a link to connect via video chat. (And yes, our classes have all moved online as well—we’re still coaching every day!)

We want to get to know you, understand your health and fitness goals, and together we’ll decide what the best way to get started will be – Small Group Classes, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, or a combination.

We have a variety of programs available for whatever your needs may be!

Ascent fitness is a great gym for folks who want to do group classes. It is very body positive, keeps you challenged, and the trainers do a great job.
