You will need one medium heavy item. KB, DL, Rock, Sandbag, backpack with stuff in it, bucket of sand etc.
Other useful tools are a solid surface like a couch or chair and a strap.

Single leg lowers 5/5
Glute Bridges 5x3sec hold
Crawl Taps 10

Single leg Deadlifts 7/7
Push-ups 7-12

Run 400m (don’t worry I have other options)
20 sit-ups or rocks
10 superpersons
