Today you will need something to balance on. a 2×4 works great! you can also use a line on the floor . We also recommend a bolster of some kind like a pillow.

Single Leg Balancing x 30 seconds/side or 5-10 reaches

Inverted Crawl 10m
Balancing Walk to Cross Reverse 6 x 8ft
Vertical Jumps 4

Deep Split Squat 8/side
Cross Sit Get-Up 4
Balancing Side Walk 8ft to Balancing Squat 5/ side
Foot-Hand Crawl Push 10m or 20 bird dog
