Someone we care about – must care about you very much and wants to help you get started at Ascent Fitness!

We believe everybody can learn to move with joy and nothing makes us more happy than meeting new people who want to join us on this journey! 

First, we want to get to know you, and understand your health and fitness goals! 

Schedule a No Sweat Intro and together we’ll decide what the best way to get started will be – Small Group Classes, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, or a combination. Seriously, no strings attached if we aren’t the right fit then we can decide that too.
